"Parents supporting parents" - Perinatal Mental Health Support Group
To provide a free safe space for birth parents experiencing mental health struggles to seek and receive support, learn baby-friendly mindfulness activities, learn about resources, vent, and gain insights from people who are going through similar stages of their lives. Group members will also receive support from a social work facilitator.
Who can join: Any birth parent in the perinatal period (conception up to a year postpartum). Members from all social locations, including LGBTQIA2S+, are welcome! No diagnosis is required.
When: Thursdays from 7-8pm
