Katherine-Ann Piedalue (she/her) is a Doctor of Psychology student at Memorial University. She is currently accepting adult clients. Her therapeutic approach is integrative in nature, drawing on various evidence- based modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Katherine-Ann tailors her interventions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
She has experience working with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, insomnia, chronic pain and adjustment to illness or injury. Additionally, she has experience in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs, supporting individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), strokes, and amputations.
Katherine-Ann has a special interest in working with adults and providing treatment for trauma,
depression, chronic pain and sleep.
