Yes, we are set up to direct bill with a number of insurance companies. Please reach out to us to inquire about your insurer. This may also depend on the service that you are receiving.
We require 24 hours in order to cancel or change an appointment. We adhere to this policy as best as we can to honour and respect the time of our clinicians. Our clinicians are only paid for sessions that they complete and it is difficult to fill the appointment times last minute.
