Reiki is a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands on or just above different areas of the body. Reiki therapy is a way of guiding energy throughout the body to promote the recipient’s self-healing abilities. Reiki is a spiritual practice, in the way meditation is a spiritual practice, centering around mindfulness, intention and relaxation.
A focused session, ideal for quick tune-ups or acute concerns (i.e. migraines, an injury, or focus on a specific chakra). Includes brief time to talk before and after.
A quicker pass through the body’s energy field. Great for first timers wanting to get familiarized with Reiki energy. Can be used as a light reset. Includes time to chat at the beginning and end.
A full-body session with more room to tune in to your energy. Space for therapeutic discussion.
This session offers room to settle in, allowing time to realign, balance and integrate what arises. A full, grounded session with room for discussion.
A full, spacious session, excellent for inner work. This is a slower, more expansive session that allows your body and energy to unwind at their own pace. An ideal length for tending to layered issues, accessing deeper insight, and holding space for both subtle and profound shifts.
A full spectrum session designed to support deep healing work. With time for discussion, energy work and reflection, this offering holds space to explore and move through deeply held energy. Very supportive for transformational healing, life shifts and emotional release.
Adriannah holds Reiki Master Practitioner status under Usui style Reiki, her Level I, II and advanced training have been completed under the guidelines of the Canadian Reiki Association. Adriannah’s approach to Reiki sessions is client-oriented with an emphasis on holding space. Sessions are fluid and can vary in focus to include mind, body and soul.
Adriannah has worked with clients experiencing physical ailments, mental health struggles, general life stressors, as well as spiritually focused sessions. During Reiki sessions Adriannah’s main focus is to provide a safe space for healing, growth and relaxation to occur for her clients, with a compassionate undertone to all work she provides.
In her time at Memorial University Adriannah completed Bsc. in Psychology which aids in therapeutic debriefs at the end of each session. Debriefs are one of Adriannah’s favourite parts of a session as they can tie together what was felt during each session and often leave clients with clarity. Noticing the difference in clients’ energy from the minute they walk into her office and out is her other favourite as you can often see a tangible shift in their body language and expressions.
