Adriannah Miller, BSc

Adriannah holds Reiki Master Practitioner status under Usui style Reiki, her Level I, II and advanced training have been completed under the guidelines of the Canadian Reiki Association. Adriannah’s approach to Reiki sessions is client-oriented with an emphasis on holding space. Sessions are fluid and can vary in focus to include mind, body and soul.

Adriannah has worked with clients experiencing physical ailments, mental health struggles, general life stressors, as well as spiritually focused sessions. During Reiki sessions Adriannah’s main focus is to provide a safe space for healing, growth and relaxation to occur for her clients, with a compassionate undertone to all work she provides.

In her time at Memorial University Adriannah completed Bsc. in Psychology which aids in therapeutic debriefs at the end of each session. Debriefs are one of Adriannah’s favourite parts of a session as they can tie together what was felt during each session and often leave clients with clarity. Noticing the difference in clients’ energy from the minute they walk into her office and out is her other favourite as you can often see a tangible shift in their body language and expressions.

Erica Robbins, Yoga Instructor

Erica Robbins (she/her) is a yoga teacher and doula who is passionate about supporting

people. Almost 20 years ago, practicing yoga and meditation changed the course of Erica’s life.

Her teaching journey began with an initial 500 hour teacher training in 2013 through Moksha

(now Modo) Yoga, and she has since taken additional training in Yin, Vinyasa,

Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, Yogassage, and hands on assists.

Erica loves to learn and can be often found nerding out about anatomy, breathing, the nervous system, or the pelvic floor. When you take Erica’s class, her intention for you is simply to leave the mat feeling a little better than when you stepped onto it. Erica is both intuitive and compassionate in her teaching. She loves to incorporate breathwork, chanting, music and sound frequencies, and gentle touch (with your consent) into her classes. She brings authenticity, humour, and a student-focused approach to each class she teaches.

As a late diagnosed, high masking neurodivergent person herself, Erica welcomes all

neurotypes to her classes, and is happy to discuss accommodations you may need to feel

comfortable and safe in your practice. She strives to create an environment that is inclusive for

all bodies, ages, and genders. Erica believes in intersectionality - yoga is a movement for

liberation, but no one is free until we are all free. She acknowledges the spiritual roots of yoga

and teaches through a trauma informed and anti-oppressive lens.

Carly Wallwork, CCC, Breathwork Facilitator

Carly Wallwork (she/her) is a Breathwork Facilitator and Canadian Certified Counsellor who believes all individuals deserve the space to get in touch with their inner wisdom to unlock healing and self-discovery. Its resonance was the catalyst to pursue a breathwork training, in hopes to offer it to the Newfoundland and Labrador community. Carly believes in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of active breathwork, and she’s honoured to hold space for you in your practice. Carly hopes breathwork gives you an opportunity to feel connected to your breath, your body, and beyond.

Outside of the breathwork and counselling realms, Carly can be found exploring rugged shorelines, frolicking the city indulging in the food scene, or planning her next travel adventure.
