Build a more peaceful relationship with food through compassionate, weight-inclusive nutrition care that honours your body, your needs, and your life.

We offer nutrition counselling for a range of needs, including disordered eating and eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder. We also support women’s health concerns, including osteoporosis, perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS; nutrition for diabetes management and healthy aging; picky eating; and general healthy eating. Sessions can also include practical support with budgeting, grocery shopping, and making sense of nutrition information.

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know one another and explore what you’re looking for support with. We’ll talk about your health history, relationship with food, lifestyle, and any concerns or challenges you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll identify meaningful next steps that reflect your needs and values.
Follow-up sessions give us time to check in, reflect on what’s working, and talk through any challenges since your last appointment. We’ll build on what we’ve discussed, revisit your goals as needed, and explore practical strategies to support your nutrition, health, and relationship with food. We’ll work together at a pace that feels realistic and sustainable for you.
Check-ins offer focused support between longer appointments. Use this time to ask questions, troubleshoot a challenge, revisit a goal, or get guidance on a specific nutrition concern. We can also reconnect, celebrate what’s going well, and decide on manageable next steps.
Check-ins are best suited to current clients with established nutrition goals.
This brief phone call is an opportunity to ask questions and see whether nutrition counselling feels like the right fit. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for support with and how I may be able to help.
