Counselling Rates

We strive to make counselling as accessible and responsive as possible. We offer direct billing with many insurance providers, as well as reduced-rate and pro bono services through our intern therapists to help reduce financial barriers to care. In addition to standard session lengths, we may offer 75- or 90-minute sessions when clinically appropriate, allowing the work to be tailored to each individual’s needs rather than forcing healing into a fixed timeframe.
