Amy Rezek is a Naturotherapist (n.d.) who supports people in slowing down, reconnecting with their bodies, and finding steadiness in everyday life. Her work is rooted in nervous system awareness, curiosity, and care—meeting people where they are rather than trying to fix or push change.

Known for her grounded and compassionate presence, Amy creates spaces where people can arrive as they are. Whether it’s resting into a sound bath, using breathwork to regulate the nervous system, or exploring Reiki and Spinal Energetics in a private session, her intention is simple: to support people in building trust with themselves and moving through life with a little more ease
