Change can be powerful—but it can also feel overwhelming. Join us for a four-hour, community-centered workshop designed to support women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause with compassion, science, and embodied care.
Led by Nurse Practitioner Marie Powell, Therapists Kayla James and Yoga Therapist Maria Hillier, this workshop blends medical insight, mental health guidance, and restorative movement. Together, we’ll explore the hormonal and emotional shifts of menopause, practice tools for nervous system regulation, and reconnect with the body through gentle yoga and breathwork.
You’ll leave with practical strategies for managing stress, advocating for yourself in healthcare settings, and feeling more at home in your changing body.
